Overview
Project overview
PT Pesona Indo Makmur (PIM) is an Indonesian company evolving from its roots in industrial and coal trading into an Integrated Facility Management provider, with services spanning Cleaning, Security, and Manpower Solutions.
As the business evolved, its digital presence needed to evolve with it. Suova worked with PIM to rethink how the company presents itself online—from its positioning and information architecture to the overall visual experience.
The result is a clearer corporate platform that better communicates PIM’s capabilities and creates a stronger foundation for engaging corporate and enterprise clients.
Challenge
The business had changed. The website had not.
PIM was transitioning from a business primarily associated with mining and industrial trading into a service-focused Integrated Facility Management company.
Its existing digital presence still reflected the previous business model, making it difficult for prospective clients to quickly understand what PIM offered today.
Core services such as Cleaning, Security, and Manpower Solutions lacked clear positioning, while the overall website structure did little to establish the credibility expected by corporate procurement teams evaluating long-term service partners.
The challenge went beyond redesigning the interface. PIM needed a digital presence that clearly represented the company it had become.
Solution
Building the experience around PIM’s new direction.
Suova repositioned PIM's website as a professional digital headquarters designed around the expectations of corporate decision-makers.
The redesign focused not only on visual improvement, but also on brand positioning, service discoverability, credibility, and lead generation.
1. Strategic Brand Repositioning
The visual direction was redesigned to better represent PIM as a professional Integrated Facility Management provider.
The previous industrial-focused yellow and blue presentation was replaced with a cleaner corporate Deep Blue and White visual system.
The new design communicates:
- Reliability
- Professionalism
- Operational stability
- Safety
- Enterprise readiness
The overall visual language was designed to better align PIM with the expectations of corporate procurement teams and enterprise decision-makers.
2. Service-First Information Architecture
The website architecture was rebuilt around PIM's three primary service categories:
- Cleaning Services
- Security Services
- Manpower Solutions
Each service was given clearer positioning and dedicated content so visitors can quickly understand what PIM offers.
This also creates a stronger foundation for organic search visibility and future SEO campaigns.
3. Trust-First Hero Experience
The homepage hero was redesigned to focus on PIM's people and professional workforce rather than industrial equipment.
The first impression now immediately communicates that PIM is a service organization capable of supporting professional business environments.
The messaging was structured around business outcomes and service reliability instead of historical industrial activities.
4. Faster Service Discovery
A card-based service interface was introduced to make PIM's primary capabilities immediately visible.
Visitors can now quickly identify the relevant service without navigating through multiple sections of generic company information.
The goal was to reduce the time between landing on the website and understanding PIM's core offering.
5. Corporate Trust Architecture
The redesign introduced stronger credibility signals throughout the website.
The content structure was reorganized to make it easier to communicate:
- Company capabilities
- Service coverage
- Client experience
- Operational expertise
- Corporate positioning
- Contact and partnership opportunities
This transformed the website from a basic online company profile into a business development asset.
6. Professional Corporate Domain
The website was deployed under:
pesonaindomakmur.co.id
with SSL and professional hosting.
Moving away from a temporary application subdomain established a stronger and more trustworthy corporate identity.
7. Performance and Mobile Optimization
The website was optimized to provide a fast, responsive experience across desktop and mobile devices.
Performance improvements focused on Core Web Vitals and reducing unnecessary loading overhead so corporate users can access important information quickly, including when browsing from mobile devices.
Results
Key results
40
Higher Corporate Lead Quality
Following the redesign and repositioning, PIM reported an approximately 40% improvement in the quality of corporate inquiries.
3
Core Services Clearly Positioned
Cleaning Services, Security Services, and Manpower Solutions are now presented as distinct business offerings.
1
Unified Corporate Presence
PIM's services, capabilities, brand positioning, and corporate credibility are now represented through a single professional digital platform.
Outcome
A digital presence that now reflects the business.
The new website repositioned PT Pesona Indo Makmur from an industrial-focused business with an outdated digital identity into a credible Integrated Facility Management provider.
Instead of presenting historical business activities, the website now communicates what PIM represents today: a professional service company prepared to work with corporate organizations.
The new digital presence improves service discoverability, strengthens brand credibility, and gives PIM a stronger foundation for approaching high-tier corporate partnerships.
Most importantly, the project transformed the company website from a passive company profile into a strategic business development and trust-building platform.
